Shipping options at checkout
Choose from the shipping options available for your order at checkout. Shipping charges depend on the selected service, your destination, and your order. Carrier-calculated services use the carrier rate shown at checkout; any available flat-rate option is shown alongside them.
Review the available service, price, and any delivery estimate before placing your order. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking
If you select a tracked service, tracking information will be provided when your order is shipped. Untracked envelope mail does not include a tracking number.

How to request a return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email contact@25rsti.com with your order number and let us know how we can help. We will provide the return instructions and discuss your refund with you.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
