Social data and privacy.
Our private dashboard helps us understand how the 2.5RSTI community is growing. It is for the site owner’s accounts.
What we collect
With the owner’s permission, we request account totals, public post and video details, and available aggregate analytics from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Availability depends on each platform and the permissions granted. We do not request private messages or post content on the owner’s behalf.
What appears publicly
When enabled by the owner, the About page shows verified Facebook and Instagram follower totals and a manually checked Facebook Group member count, with dates. Detailed reports, notes and account credentials remain private.
Storage and refresh
App secrets and access tokens are encrypted in server storage. Credentials are used only to read authorized account data. Automatic reports, posts and snapshots are retained for up to 30 days. Expired records are excluded or removed when the service is read or refreshed. Refresh logs are kept for up to 90 days. Manually entered Group records and historical community milestones are kept until the owner removes them. Exports downloaded by the owner are outside this automatic deletion process.
Disconnecting and deleting data
The owner can open Admin → Social Analytics → Connections and choose Disconnect and delete cached data for a platform. This removes that platform’s stored token, snapshots, post metrics and reports from this site. Separately, remove the app’s permission in the relevant social account settings to revoke access at the provider. Disconnect Facebook and Instagram separately if both were linked.
Pending authorization requests expire after 15 minutes. Developer app settings are separate from account tokens and remain encrypted so the owner can reconnect. The owner can request removal of app settings or manual records through the site maintenance workflow.

YouTube
This site uses YouTube API Services when the owner connects YouTube. YouTube data remains subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Access can also be revoked through Google account permissions.
