About these terms

These terms apply to 25rsti.com, operated by Alejandro Casillas under the 2.5RSTI brand. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. Any rights you have under applicable law remain in place.

2.5RSTI is an independent community for classic Subaru and Impreza enthusiasts. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Subaru Corporation, Subaru of America, TikTok, Meta, or other brands mentioned here.

Using the site

You are welcome to read our stories, explore builds, and follow links to the people and sources behind them. Use the site lawfully and respect other people. Do not submit spam, impersonate someone, share private information without permission, upload harmful material, disrupt the site, or attempt to access another person's data or the private dashboard without authorization.

Only connect social accounts you are authorized to manage. Keep your login credentials secure and follow the connected platform's own terms.

Sharing your build

Submit accurate information and only share text, photographs, videos, or links that you own or have permission to provide. Owning a car does not automatically give you the rights to a photographer's images. Include the owner's details and photographer or source credits where appropriate.

You keep ownership of your original material. When you give permission through our submission form, you allow 2.5RSTI to use that material for the feature and sharing described in the form. This is a non-exclusive permission, not a transfer of ownership. We may format text and resize or crop images for presentation without intentionally changing the story's meaning. Any use outside the permission you provide requires separate permission.

Submitting a story does not guarantee publication, payment, a response, or a particular publication date. We may decline, edit, correct, or remove a feature. Contact us if you need to correct information, update a credit, or request removal. We can address content we control, but cannot promise removal of copies or shares on other services.

Content, credits, and ownership

Our original writing, branding, and site design belong to 2.5RSTI or their respective rights holders. Featured images, owner stories, trademarks, videos, and quoted material remain subject to their owners' rights. A credit or source link is not permission to reuse someone else's work.

You may share links to our pages. For other reuse, obtain permission from the relevant rights holder unless applicable law permits it. To report a rights concern, send the page address, identify the material, explain your connection to it, and provide a way to reach you.

Build information and events

Build stories and rally coverage are shared for general interest and information. They are not individualized mechanical, engineering, driving, or safety advice. Modifications may affect reliability, insurance, emissions compliance, and road legality. Check the requirements that apply to your vehicle and location and consult a qualified professional before acting.

Event dates, venues, entry requirements, and availability can change. Confirm details directly with the event organizer before booking or traveling. We do not operate an event unless the relevant page explicitly says so.

Merchandise & external checkout

Product pages describe individual 2.5RSTI bundles. Selecting “Buy on Square” takes you to Square, where you enter order, contact, shipping and payment information. Review the item and final total, including any applicable shipping and tax, before paying. Square has its own terms and privacy practices. This website does not collect your payment credentials or treat a checkout-link click as a confirmed order.

Website product details and availability are managed separately from Square checkout. Applicable shipping, processing and return information appears in the Shop shopping information when confirmed. Contact contact@25rsti.com with questions before ordering.

The website measures aggregate shop views and checkout-link activity under its existing analytics controls. It does not include payment details or raw product-search text in those events.

Social connections and outside services

The private social dashboard lets the authorized site owner connect the brand's accounts to read supported profile, public-content, and aggregate analytics data. Connecting an account does not make its private reports or credentials available to visitors. Our current integration does not publish posts or access private messages on the owner's behalf.

Available metrics and update timing depend on each platform, its permissions, and service availability. Counts may be delayed, rounded, or unavailable. Links and embedded content may take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services or guarantee their content or availability.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, complete, current, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2.5RSTI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Access and changes

We may restrict access or remove submissions to address misuse, security problems, rights complaints, or violations of these terms. We may also change or discontinue site features.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply going forward. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
